Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- One handful of spaghetti
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 big onion
- 2-3 cups of frozen peas
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice your onion and garlic
- Sauté in a pan over medium heat with olive oil for 2-3 minutes or until the onions start turning translucent
- Add your frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder and chili flake
- Start boiling your pasta in heavily salted water
- Sauté further for 2-3 minutes or until the peas become a little bit mushy
- Add all your ingredients to a blender with lemon juice, and some pasta water
- Start blending the ingredients until it turns bright green and becomes an emulsified sauce
- Add the sauce back into the pan over low heat
- Add your boiled spaghetti, and thin it out to your liking with more pasta water
- Mix the spaghetti with the sauce until the spaghetti is covered in the sauce
- Plate it up in a bowl and ENJOY!
