  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk (177 ml)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray or additional butter for greasing the pan
